Event Scheduling Request Form

This process is required when requesting:

    • Facilities set-up, Aramark catering, IT support, or campus safety support at any time or in any space

    • Any event spaces, including Steigerwald, Seiler Commons, Villa, CAPE Conference Room, outdoor spaces, and the administrative lobby

    • Connor Convocation Center and Hall of Fame Room exclusive of athletic events

    • Science Lecture Hall and any classroom or laboratory exclusive of routine course meetings

    • Mary, Seat of Wisdom Chapel exclusive of Mass

    • Theatre exclusive of routine course meetings and Villa Players productions

Please submit your request at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of your event. Requests are honored in the order in which they are received. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
