Description

All MAT courses have a minimum prerequisite of an ACT Math score of 18, SAT Math score of 480, satisfactory scores on the in-house math placement test, or satisfactory completion of either MAT 096 or MAT 093/094. Topics covered in this course will include: frequency distributions, percentiles, central tendency, variability, standard scores, normal distribution, probability, correlation, linear regression, hypothesis testing and sampling. May not be taken if credit has been received for MAT 205. Cross-listed as PSY 201.
